Return Policy

If your product is not washed or damaged, you may submit a support ticket for a refund by emailing or visiting Please include the product name, order number, and a note explaining the return with your ticket. Once processed, we’ll ask you to return your item and we can refund the price of the your order not including shipping. Merely send your returns to:

Returns must be sent back to 12South Music within 30 days of purchase or delivery.


Exchange Policy

While we can, of course, replace faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange items. If you would prefer another item, simply return the unwanted merchandise for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Q: Why is my credit card being denied?

A: Here are the typical reasons why your card might be denied:

1. The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company.

2. The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn’t match, then the order gets declined.


Q: I keep trying to place my order but it’s not going through. Why?

A: Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, with a description of your problem and we’ll look into your specific case.


Q: How long will it be until my order ships?

A: We have a one to two week shipping time for orders within the United States. It can take as little as three days for delivery depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping times vary.  For pre-sale products, you will receive your item on or before the release date.


Q: It’s been a long time and I still don’t have my order. What do I do?

A: Email us at or create a support ticket here. Please include your order number with your ticket. This is the number that you received when your order was placed. When you ordered, you were directed to a page where you were prompted to print your receipt–the number is on that page. Once you email us, we’ll reach out to help process your order.
